This Disclaimer supplements our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and applies to your use of the SkyDispatch platform, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Espectralview LTD ("SkyDispatch," "we," "us," or "our"). If anything here conflicts with the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use control.
1. Not an aviation authority
SkyDispatch is a booking-and-dispatch software platform. We are not an aviation authority, air-traffic-control provider, or certifying body, and nothing in the Service constitutes flight authorization, airspace clearance, or regulatory approval of any kind. Operators are solely responsible for obtaining any authorization required to fly, in every jurisdiction where they operate.
2. Airspace, mapping, and location data
The Service displays airspace overlays, maps, and location-related reference data, including data sourced from the FAA and other third parties. This information is provided for general informational convenience only. We do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for flight planning or compliance purposes. You must independently verify airspace status, restrictions, and authorization requirements before every flight through official sources.
3. No professional or legal advice
Nothing in the Service — including checklists, templates, or configuration tools — constitutes legal, safety, insurance, or professional aviation advice. You should consult qualified professionals (legal counsel, an aviation compliance specialist, or your insurer) for guidance specific to your operations.
4. Operator services are between you and the operator
If you are an end-customer booking a drone job through an operator's link, the drone services themselves are provided by that operator, not by SkyDispatch. We do not perform, supervise, inspect, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any operator's drone services. Any dispute about the services performed, pricing, scheduling, or service quality is between you and the operator.
5. No warranty
THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL CONTENT, TOOLS, AND DATA MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH IT, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyDispatch is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim — including property damage, personal injury, or regulatory penalties — arising from drone operations conducted by operators using the Service, or from reliance on airspace, mapping, or other reference data displayed in the Service. 7. Third-party links and services
The Service may reference or link to third-party websites, data sources, or tools (for example, mapping providers, payment processors, or airspace databases). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties.
8. Changes to this disclaimer
We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
